WE OFFER FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES ON DOMESTIC ORDERS WITHIN 60 DAYS OF PURCHASE. 

International orders do not qualify for free returns and exchanges, and the customer is responsible for shipping in all directions. Gift cards and promotional (free) items are final sale and do not qualify for exchanges or returns. 

FREE PROMOTIONAL ITEMS are while supplies last. Please verify the correct item and size before completing your purchase. These are not eligible for exchanges or returns for credit.

PLEASE CHECK all goods immediately upon delivery to ensure there is no defects, damage or incorrect items shipped. We are proud of the Incrediwear Brand, and we want you to be happy with your Incrediwear purchase.

WE DO NOT accept returns for any third-party vendors that sell our products. All sales with third-party sellers must be settled where the purchase was made, this includes third parties selling online (such as Amazon) & any retail locations.

WE DO NOT accept returns or exchanges if the product has been washed or with any visible damage. Unfortunately, if items appear washed or with any visible signs of extensive use during our product inspection, your return or exchange may be rejected. All products must be returned with original tags still attached.

ATTENTION: If the product is damaged, defective or the wrong item, please send us a photo to our email, so we can process right away. You can email us at info@incrediwear.com with the required information.

Returns on products purchased through our website cannot be returned to any Incrediwear retail locations.

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited. Other exceptions apply for International and APO/FPO addresses.
