COO Russ started with Incrediwear in February, 2024. He has over 25 years of experience in the medical device arena, with a heavy focus on orthopedics. He has held positions in Sales and Commercial Leadership and has Worked for several Top 20 medical device companies including Medtronic, Teleflex, and GE Medical. He resides in Boston, MA and enjoys most all outdoor activities, cooking, and travel.

VP, Medical & Sports Performance Thomas has been with Incrediwear since 2015 and is responsible for the Medical and Sports Teams Sales. He currently lives in Chico and enjoys spending time with his family and staying active.

VP, Retail Sales Gary joined Incrediwear in 2022 and is responsible for Retail Sales in the US.

He has +30 years of Sales Management and Retail experience from working at the largest brands in the Athletic Footwear & Apparel business.

Gary currently lives in Scottsdale, Arizona and enjoys all sports and outdoor activities.

ROBYN DAMANTI
Director, Finance Robyn joined Incrediwear in 2012 and over the years has worn many hats – everything from finance, packing orders and even modeling our products! She currently lives in Forest Ranch, a very small mountain town just a short drive from Chico, CA where our headquarters are located.

When not at work, Robyn enjoys doing any kind of outdoor activity, playing with her pup, going to the gym and spending time with her family. Robyn’s favorite Incrediwear product is the Calf Sleeve which she wears almost daily during CrossFit.
