"Good results for me post-ACL reconstruction. Less pain. Less swelling. But the piling on the outside of the sleeve is disappointing. The piling on the outside of the sleeve is disappointing. Great after knee surgery
"I have the half knee sleeve and the full leg sleeve for my knee surgery. I like the whole leg knee sleeve better because it moves the fluid around better instead of pooling it above the half sleeve. The only reason I give this a 4 star is because the top band needs to be double in size. The small band tends to roll over easily and I believe a little larger band would prevent this. Otherwise it is a solid 5. Even my surgeon says these are awesome for after surgery. I am 5'7" at 165 lbs and bought the XL full leg sleeve. Make sure you measure your upper thighs before ordering."

"The fit is decent though a little snug on the upper thigh. The most disappointing part of this sleeve is how easy the fabric catches and peels. I worry it won’t last very long. The knee sleeve is a much better quality material."

"When the first pair arrived in a size medium (I measured and this was the recommended size) and the top band rolled, I thought I got the wrong size. Another order placed in the next size up and it still rolls. It’s like having a tourniquet around the upper part of my leg. Research said laying the band on top of underwear helps. My underwear isn’t granny panties! Off to the store to buy the recommended bike shorts. Nope, the band still rolls. I give up. The leg sleeve wants to do its job, but that pesky top band isn’t cooperating."

Better grip for thick- curvy thighs
"Aloha! I recently had a full knee replacement surgery and my knee was unbearable because it was too swollen, I purchased one and was able to sleep for the first time since the surgery. The swollenness was minimal, however… I have thick thighs ( thunder thighs) and the full leg sleeve will continuo to roll down. Please make XX or resign the sleeve so it has a better grip. There is a broader market of curvy- thick women that are fit and do physical activities, as well as curvy-thick women that go under surgery and need that support to alíviate the pain, discomfort or swollenness. Mahalo"
Overnight results!
"I bought a pair of leg sleeves to see if they’d help with chronic knee pain and inflammation in my legs (undiagnosed possible connective tissue condition, lymph/water retention/circulation issues). I just tried one sleeve overnight last night on my left leg with my worse knee, and I am shocked by the difference in my legs this morning. My whole left leg is visibly smaller and smoother and felt so much lighter than my right leg on my morning walk! Q&A
- I am leaning toward the medium full leg sleeve simply because my thigh measurement 4-5 inches above the knee is 18 inches although I am short. I am muscular and used to compete in bodybuilding but not anymore; however I now have a ligament situation with my right knee and my calf, ankle and knee are swelling up and was advised to get a compression sleeve for runners. What size do you recommend...a small or medium? Also, AI is advising me to get a full leg sleeve vs just the knee compression sleeve since I already have swelling. Is that accurate?
- Hello Kim, there are a few different things to be addressed here. Firstly, the Leg Sleeve has a completely different size chart and measuring instructions than the Knee Sleeve. To measure for the Leg Sleeve, you need to take your thigh circumference at the *widest point* at the top of the leg, not just at 4.5" above the top of the knee cap. This is because the Leg Sleeve situates much higher on the leg than the Knee Sleeve does. The size charts are so different between these two products that whichever size you measure into in one product, you will most certainly not be that same size in the other product. You'll want to measure the widest part of the thigh and then consult the Leg Sleeve size chart. Second, Incrediwear is both completely different from and vastly more effective than a compression garment, which does little more than squeeze and actually reduce blood flow and range of motion. Instead, Incrediwear just needs to rest comfortably on the skin, in order for the fabric to be activated by your body heat and release powerful infrared waves that stimulate blood flow, pain relief, swelling reduction, and healing in ways that a compression garment simply cannot achieve. Since you have swelling throughout your leg, the Leg Sleeve is a good choice because it will provide comfortable and powerful infrared therapy to a broader surface area. As long as it doesn't feel too tight, you can safely and effectively wear the Leg Sleeve 24/7, even overnight while you sleep. Please let me know if you have any questions, and I hope this helps!

- I am post op meniscus repair and am non weight bearing for 6 weeks. I bought the size based on my thigh measurement and it is so long on my leg. Rolled over it feels too tight on my thigh especially with my brace on. Do you have any for people that are 5’4?
- Hello Jenni, Thank you for reaching out. The Leg Sleeves do not have different length options, unfortunately. While we have had customer of shorter stature wear them with no issues, we know that every body is made differently! I have a couple of suggestions- instead of rolling over the top hem, you can roll over the bottom hem to avoid that tighter fit. Or, you can allow the bit of extra material to bunch around the ankle, as that will not reduce the efficacy at all. Additionally, some people wear the top hem at mid thigh or just above, when it should actually be at the upper thigh, close to the buttock. Hopefully, one of these suggestions help. - I plan to purchase this leg sleeve for after ACL surgery but expect my quad to shrink in size post surgery compared to my pre op thigh measurement (21 inches). Should I size down?
- Hello Bella! I wouldn't recommend sizing down, it because it is better to have Incrediwear be a bit too loose than to have it be too tight. Incrediwear just needs to rest comfortably on the skin in order to emit powerful infrared therapy, but if worn too tightly, it could compress and reduce blood flow, defeating the purpose of the product. If the garment is too loose, you can shrink it by washing/wetting it first, then drying it on a moderately high heat setting. This won't hurt the garment, and you can increase the heat setting as needed. Just don't start with max heat so that you don't over shrink it. There isn't a special trick you can do to make the garment any less tight if it is already too tight, though.

- Leg Sleeves-all colors have silicone in the top band. They do not have latex in them.
