"I had surgery In January to repair two meniscus tears in my knee. This summer I was able to play competitively again and wound up over doing it. My knee was swollen, less flexible and hurt. My tennis pro said I should buy the knee sleeve from Incrediwear. As I used other knee braces prior I was skeptical. I'm so grateful for the recommendation. "This knee sleeve is the same as the regular one except that the fabric above the knee cap is a little longer / goes up higher on the thigh than the regular non-Djokovic type. I think this is great for men or taller women for better coverage and support. I’m 5’3” and feel that the regular model suits me better."

is there some kind of patellar pad on the interior?: Hello Georgia! It does not. This Novak Djokovic Knee Sleeve is built exactly like the regular Knee Sleeve (apart from the color and branding). The main purpose of the Knee Sleeve is to comfortably deliver powerful infrared therapy to the knee and surrounding tissues, which accelerates blood flow, lymphatic drainage, recovery/healing, and relief from pain and swelling in ways that a support/compression product simply cannot achieve. I have the original grey knee sleeve. I love it, but there are days when I would prefer it without the 2 splines in it. Does this Novak Djokovic Knee Sleeve have those splines, too?
